I recently finished setting up a new Wordpress-based web site for my wife. TrustedByParents.com provides parents with important news and information related to toys, games, video games, music, movies, household products, and more. I’ve done Wordpress blogs before (you’re looking at one ) but for this site I also implemented Google AdSense on it, which was an interesting (but not difficult) experience. I also set up a Google sitemap using the free Wordpress plugin XML-Sitemap, to aid the Google web crawler in indexing the site. It took several days for Google to actually get around to crawling the site, but it eventually got indexed. Fun stuff…
